You can use the Plivo (opens in a new tab) provider to send SMS messages to your customers using the Wolfx Platform with a single API to create multi-channel experiences.
Getting Started
To use the Plivo provider in the SMS channel, the first step is to create a Plivo account and add the Account SID and Auth token to the Plivo integration on the Wolfx platform.
Finding the Account SID and Auth token
Sign up (opens in a new tab) or Login (opens in a new tab) to your Plivo account, and make a note of your Account SID and Auth token on the Plivo console page (opens in a new tab).
Creating a Plivo integration with Wolfx
- Visit the Integrations (opens in a new tab) page on Wolfx.
- Click the "Add a provider" button.
- Locate Plivo under the SMS section and click on the Connect button.
- Enter the
Account SID
. - Enter the
Auth token
. - Fill in the
From
field. - Click on the
Disabled
button and mark it asActive
. - Click on the Connect button.
Now it is possible to send SMS notifications using Plivo in Wolfx.
