You can use the SimpleTexting (opens in a new tab) SMS provider to send SMS messages to the customers using the Wolfx Platform with a single API to create multi-channel experiences.

Getting Started

To use SimpleTexting provider in the SMS channel, the first step is to create a SimpleTexting account and grab your API KEY in your settings.

Creating a SimpleTexting integration with Wolfx

• Visit the Integrations (opens in a new tab) page on Wolfx.
• Click the "Add a provider" button.
• Locate SimpleTexting under the SMS section and click on the Next button.
• Select Your Environment add condition (Optional).
• Click on the Create button.
• Click on the Disabled button and mark it as Active.
• Enter the API Key.
• Enter the From value.
• Click on the Update button.

Now it is possible to send SMS notifications using SimpleTexting in Wolfx.
